PVC Free

Oso Creative are striving to increase our range of PVC free vinyls as part of our continued effort to be more mindful of our environmental impact, be more eco friendly and reduce plastic pollution.

By introducing a wider range of pvc free vinyls we are giving our customers the opportunity to  access high quality and durable products which are kinder to our planet.

Although it is versatile and often inexpensive PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is an environmentally damaging plastic, contaminating the environment during production, use and disposal-which results in the release of toxic chlorine based chemicals.

PVC free vinyls are still made from plastic and therefore production and disposal of these vinyls still impacts on the environment, however PVC alternatives such as PP, PET and polyester are much better for the environment and some can be recycled.

We have already begun offering and using pvc free vinyls and continue to test new products.
